our mind went BLANK wen we had to tink of
the finale games.
finali sherry came up wif the idea of dressing up as warriors

here's sum useful facts n tips fer yall.

The bad news is: We create our own stress.
The good news is: We create our own stress.

hah!
dun understand? me either.

Stress IS a choice.
Every day, I can CHOOSE to be happy or sad, stressed or relaxed, etc.
If things are getting hectic I ask myself,
"What can I do about it today, right now?"
Sometimes, the answer is "nothing."
When that happens, I just try to go on about the business of taking care of
what I CAN do, today, right now.

People who keep things for themselves without sharing with their friends or loved ones carry a considerable and unnecessary burden. Share your problems and concern with others.

there's 2 different situations:
One:
Situations where we can do something about to change the outcome. In this case, don’t just sit there and worry about it. Go ahead and take care of it. You have control. Procrastination is the root cause for many stressful episodes.

Second:
Situations where you have no control on the outcome. In this case sitting and worrying will not make any difference on the outcome. So, don’t worry about it. Let the situation resolve by itself; you cannot do anything about this anyway.

to sum up.......................
HOW TO COPE WITH STRESS?????
1. laugh alot. n OUT LOUD.
2. tink +ve
3. dun be sloppy. BE ORGANIZED.
4. vent ur feelings on someone. or something. like a diary.
5. eat healthily.

'Backache' solo 10 mins presentation: CHECKED
HipHop Dance senior assessment: CHECKED.
Jazz Dance senior assessment: PENDING =(

*all these 3 major stuffs happening diz week.
kinda stressed actuali, but hehx, can manage la, no prob.
hehe.

The 10mins ICA presentation happens yest, on TUES.
i had to present to the class on Backache,
a pretty dumb topic actuali. hah!
of all the presentations tt i had gone tru,
tis one is EXTRA FREAKY.
one ting is tt, i had to present alone.
prepare materials alone.
basicalli its my OWN teaching session
n ma class is sort of my "patients".
did oll ma neccessry research, n mcm oll info wana sumbat
inside the 10 mins lidat.
haha but 10mins is freakin short lar k.
so, cut evritin awae n focus onli on the preventions.
de dae b4, i panicked.
pasting of pictures n writing on transparencies:
NOT DONE.
n so i sacrificed my beauty sleep n chop2 complted evritin
until 2am wen i finalli landed on my bed.
on de presentatn dae,
prac wif asz at a secluded are at BLK F near de sports hall.
did a run thru, n went pretty well.
Hasli soon joined us n watched me present.
he kept sayin,"eye-contact pls." n make me laugh all de wae sia.
ceh. 10mins spent on laughing. hah!
ask asz 2 be ma model of de dae. haha!
she demonstrated de proper lifting,sitting and standing postures
while i did the wrong one.
Thank God it went smoothli.
everione laughed, n MS Chye is so kiut sia.
she imitated our actions wen we're doin the demonstratns.
hehe.
she saed it was interestin, onli i needed mre confidence.
hehe tenkiu!!
questn n ans part, dey became livelier.
i threw sweets at those whu answered correctli. heh.

so yup,

At nite, was the HipHop assessment.
came to dance studio late,me n asz wasnt prepared AT ALL.
dey were eagerly practicin the tested choreos
n olso deir own 2 eights pure technique tt peter wana see.
DIE. my otak blank sia. duno wat steps to use.
i SUCK at choreographing ok. hehx.
the juniors assessments was 1st,n dey started de rippling choreo.
dey did "Duncha by pussycat dolls".
dey dressed DAMN NICE AR.
wif caps la, bling2s, jacket, cardi,
ech group wore SAME colur sumore.
serysli, we seniors look damn selekeh compared to dem.
kiter da TAK KUASER nk dress up. haha!
deir dance, so far so gd.
den dey did Fir's popping choreo.
was better.
=)
well done juniors. *claps*

next was OUR TURN.
we were tested on Clubcrwl's "Get crunk shorty",
sexy dance "hotline",
Yee Shan's locking choreo,
Fir's popping choreo,
Peter's "cheerleading choreo".
5 diff choreos to show dem.
so far, so gd.

went oll out till i was panting lyk shit.
my back like wana crack.

at last, peter commented on evrione of us.
he told me tt i improved alot.
he oso saed tt he can see me shine now
n saed well done. =)
de oder tym, he saed im natural as a model.
