the day didnt turn out as planned.

okay here it goes.....

met tica aka pendek earlier today. was planning to submit my La Trobe degree application form BUT my stupid nursing diploma graduation cert simply cannot be found anywhere in the house, so instead, we head down to NYP to get it re-printed out. sambil sambilan we took some fresh air walking around the areas that are NEWLY renovated ard the school. macam sials. mase-mase kite da terkluar dari skola baru nk upgrade la ni la tu la. posters sume baru-baru lah. hahaha. girls toilet dorang tak tukar jugak ke? hehehe. so was kinda aww-ed wen we saw the newly furnished koufu.

so anws, we went to vivo to catch a movie. why vivo? cause nad bacen is working at La Senza at vivo and i've been bugging her to get a discount and fortunately today she offered me half price for all items. only for TODAY. looking forward for that lah.hehe. Me, tica and neez (who joined soon after) watched " He's just not that into you," and i rate it 4/5 stars. it clearly show the TRUE reality of relationships and that all men (well most) think and behave alike. when a guy is interested in a girl, he will try his very best to HAVE HER. if he is not showing any signs, forget it. dont bother questioning wether he have any feelings towards you. if he has, he will SHOW them. if not, sayonara. haha...its really a nice movie lah...but its sad wen we dint catch the ending part of the movie. BECAUSE....

towards the end, tica handed her phone to me, asking me to read the text msg, in it, written "My jaw is locked." SIOW. i thought she was playing ard. but was shocked when i saw her with her mouth wide open and rather helpless facial expression. i guessed that she must have yawned before getting those jaw stuck and unable to move. me and neez pulled her out of the cinema and immediately went to Raffles medical Group at harbourfront to get her jaw fixed. IT WAS ALREADY CLOSED AT 8PM LAHH. office hrs pe xia? we den took a cab straight to SGH A&E while we waited for her turn. it was such a dragggg. though she cant express verbally, we could see that she was in extreme pain. restless in her seat, rubbing her jaw and forehead, almost in tears. she hand-signalled that it was aching and she has a headache as well. we waited anxiously while the doctor lead us to have her xray done wich took like FOREVER. the radiographer forced her to open her mouth as wide as she can. like pleaseeee. it hurts ardy in that position so wat do ya expect? then she had to wait for the xray results to be out before the Dr lead her to the close observation room for him to unlock her jaw.

waiting time while tahan-ing the pain with mouth wide open = close to 2 hours

time it took to unlock the jaw = less than 10 seconds.

WAH-LAO-WEY.

i told the doctors, while waiting for her TURN to get treated, are there any inta-muscular painkiller injections that she can get, he said, "OH DEFINITELY." but in the end, she tahan all the way through lahhh! haha....kesian seh pendek....we were so worried for her, ignoring the fact that our stomach was growling so badly due to hunger. but thank God she is okay. :)

by that time it was already 11pm and only Cheers was opened. we grabbed some tidits and neez ate her instant fried rice like crazyyy. tica was obviously very thirsty and her mouth felt numb. by 1130pm, we head home...

din expect all this to happen. i missed out on the 50% discount at La Senza offered my nad, we missed out on the ending part of the movie, and our supposedly day out shoopping together turned out to be a trip to the hospital instead. hahaha...... glad ur okay gurlfren!
